<br /> " I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and burial, be first paid_ oLrt of

<br /> I, gi�>e, devise, and beqizeath to my san, Carl Miller, the farm which I now own in Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br /> consisting of an ei�hty-acre tract of land in Gardner Township, Buffalo County, h'ebraska.

<br /> All of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, and whether now
<br /> owned by me or hereafter acquixed, T give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Lydia Miller.

<br /> I make, cans,Eitute and appoint Lydia Mi11er as executrix of this, my last will and testament, and provide that
<br /> she shall not be required to fur�nish surety upon her bond as such, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
