<br /> I, Will S. Jones, of Wood River, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament,
<br />�; that is to say:
<br /> I.
<br /> I appoint, Olen Cowgill of Wood River, Nebraska executor of this my will.
<br /> II.
<br /> I authorize and direct my executor to pay all my just and subsisting debxs, including the expenses of my last
<br /> illness and burial, as soon after my death as possible, and from my personal'°:estate, if possible.
<br /> III.
<br /> All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, of �+hich I shall die seized or
<br /> possessed, and to which I am entitled at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
<br /> 1, Myrtle Jones, to have and to hold forever. '

<br /> I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 9th day
<br /> of December 1949, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Will S. Jones deceased, was filed
<br /> for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day of January 1950, said instrument ta which this certificate is attached
<br /> was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Will S.

<br /> l�ow an this 1? day of January, 1951, this matter came on to be heard on the first and final report and a
<br /> supplemental report and petition for final settlement of E. Merle McDermott, administrator with Will Annexed of
<br /> said estate for an assignment of said estate to the devi.see and also for a finding and judgment decreeing said
<br /> estate to not be subject to an inheritance taat and said matters were submitted to the Court, on the pleadings and
<br /> the evidence, upon consideration whereof the Court finds from proof on file that all persons interested in said
<br /> estate have been duly notified as required by law and the orders of the Court, and after a full examination of said
<br /> account the Coart finds that the same is correct in all respects and should be and is hereby approved and allowed.
<br /> The Court also finds that all debts, claims and demands against the said estate and a proper allowance f or the support
<br /> of the widow, have been paid and that there remains in the hands of the administrator with Will Annexed the following
<br /> p�operty:
<br /> l. Cash on hand 5,868,72 Ck, ret.
<br /> 2, Al1 of Lot 8, Block F, McCall and LeFlang+s secc�nd addition to the town of Woodriver, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> 3, Two shares of stock of the Nebraska-Iowa Packing Company.
<br /> The court further finds that said decease3 left no father or mother or children or the living issue of
<br /> any deceased children surviving; that Myrtle Jones is the widow of said deceased and the sole legatee and devisee
<br /> of said estate. That the said Myrtle Jones is at present time an incompetent a.nd that Otha Oldfather is the duly
<br /> appointed. qualified and acting guardian of the said Myrtle Jones. That the said widow is entitled to a personal
<br />, exemption from inheritance tax of $10,000.00 and that said estate does not amount to said sum and that the same is
<br /> not subject to any inheritance tax and the entire estate should be and it hereby is declared and decreed to be free
<br /> and clear from any inheri.tance tax to the State of Nebraska or any federal estate tax.
<br /> It is further considered by the court that the entire estate be and it hereby i.s assigned to Oth.a Oldfather
<br /> the guardian for the said Myrtle Jones,
<br /> It i.s further ordered by the court that upon payment of the costs herein in the filing of receipts that
<br /> � E. Merle McDermott administrator with wiil Annexed, herein, and his surety be released from all further liability
<br /> on their official bond.
