<br /> The Court finds that said Nicolaus Claussen died seized of the following described real estate:
<br /> Lot Three (3) in Block Fourteen (14) in Rollins Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall Count�, state
<br /> of Nebraska,
<br /> Lot Ten (10) in Block Fourteen (14) in Rollins Addition to the city of Grand Island in Hall County, state of
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> The southeast quarter of Section mhirty-three (33) in Township Twentp-one (21) North, Range Two (2) East of
<br /> 6th P.M., in Stanton County, state of Nebraska.
<br /> The Court finds that said estate has been duly appraised for inheritance tax, the report of said appraiser is
<br /> hereby approved and allo++ed, and there is no inheritance tax, state or Federal, due froia said estate or from any of
<br /> said legatces and devisees.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said administrator with
<br /> will annexed be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as his final report, and that said estate is hereby
<br /> settled and closed, except as to the distribution of the proceeds from said corn crop.

<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said Countp of Hall in the State of Nebraska, this lOth
<br /> day of Januarp, 1951.
<br /> Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 14th day of December, 1950, Otto Schmidt, F.�cecutor under the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of Mathilde Schmidt, deceased, filed in this Court his Final Account as such Executor and a petit�:on
<br /> praying that said acco�nt be allowed for a Decree of Heirship, a Determination of In�eritance Ta�, an Order of
<br /> Distribution, a Final Settlement thereon, and Discharge.
<br /> For these purposes the lOth day of January, 1951, at 10 o�clock a.m, at the County Court Room in said
<br /> County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing said account: as�d
<br /> it was ordered that notice of th� pendency of said petition be given to all persons interested in said estate by
<br /> publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County for three weeks
<br /> prior to said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and
<br /> that no objections to said Final Account have been made or filed.
<br /> Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the preraises,
<br /> the Court finds as follows:
