Claussen, administrator with the will <br /> anneaed, of the last will and testament and estate of Nicolaus Claussen, deceased, and upon his petition for final <br /> settlement as administrator of said estate. <br /> The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being dulp advised, finds <br /> that legal notice has been given to all persons in said estate of the ti.me and place fixed for hearina upon said <br /> report, as heretofore ordered bq the Court, and on one appearing to object, the Court examined the same,. together with <br /> the vouchers on file and the testimonp in �upport thereof, and being duly advised, finds that said report is true and <br /> correct and is hereby approqed and a1loWed as and for the final report of said administrator.; <br /> The Court finds that Nicolaus Claussen died on the llth day of Julp, 1948, that at the time of his death he was <br /> a resident and inhabitant of Hall Countp, Nebraska, that a petition Was filed in the County Court of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, on the 28th day of July, 1948, praying for the allowance and probate of an instr�naent purporting to be the <br /> last will and testament of Nicolaus Claussen, deceased, and the Court thereupon fi�ced the 25th day of August, 1948, <br /> as the date for making proof thereon; that dne and legal notice thereof was given and on said date, the 25th day of <br /> Augvst, 1948, said instrwnent was duly proven and allowed and admitted to probate and letters testamentary were dulq <br /> issued to Mathilde Claussen, elcecutrix as named in said will, and bond fixed, and filed by said executrix, and same <br /> was approred by the court. � <br /> That said Mathilde Claussen died on the 14th day of March, 1950, and thereafter on the 23d day of March, 1950, an —2— <br /> application was filed herein for the appointment of an administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Nicolaus <br /> Claussen, deceased, due notice was given as by law requited, to all persons interested in said estate for the hearing <br /> thereon, and on the 19th day of April, 1950, the date fixed by the court, Peter H. Claussen Was appointed as such <br /> administrator with the Will annexed, upon filing bond as required by the court. That he theresfter filed an i.nventorp, <br /> liquidated the personal property, and filed his final report, whieh has been approved and allowed. <br /> That notice was published of the final report as required by the court, that an order of distribution and an order <br /> fixing fees of administrator and attorneys was made bq the court. <br /> That the admi.nistrator has made distribution as required by the conrt. <br /> That the court finds that the corn crop has not been harvested. <br /> The administrator is hereby ordered to distribate the proceeds frosn the corn crop in equal shares to the several <br /> heir� at law and legatees when said crop has been harvested and sold in accordance with the order of distribution. <br /> The court finds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing of claims, <br /> that ail claims filed against said estate have been paid and the time for Filing claims has fully expired. <br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that all claims against said estate not filed herein, if any such there be, <br /> are forever barred and excluded. <br />
