<br /> LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DOFtA VEIT HEHNKE.
<br /> I, Dora Veit Hehnke, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament and I hereby
<br /> revoke all former wills, testaments or codicils hereto made by me, that is to say:
<br /> Item One: I direct that the expenses of mp last illness and burial be first paid.
<br /> Item Two: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Wilma Augusta Gregory, all of my wearing apparel, jewelry, silver-
<br /> ware, china, keep sakes and household articles.
<br /> Item Three: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, now owned or hereafter
<br /> acquired by me and wherever situated, subject to the power of sale hereafter conferred on my executor, I give, devise
<br /> and bequeath, share and share alike, to my three children, Oscar Veit Hehnke, Wilma Augusta Gregory and Carl Louis
<br /> Hehnke, a one third part to each of them, should theq survive me and should any of my said children die before me,
<br /> leaving a child or children surviving at my death, then such surviving child or children shall stand in the place of
<br /> the parent and take the share the parent would have taken hereunder, if living at my death and should my son, Carl �
<br /> Louis Hehnke die before me,- leaving no child or children surviving at my death, the one third share hereby devised � .
<br /> and bequeathed to him shall go to his wife, should he leave a wife surviving at my death and should he die before me
<br /> leaving no child or children or wife living at my death, then the share hereby devised and bequeathed to him shall
<br /> go to and be divided between my son, Oscar Veit Hehnke and my daughter Wilma Au�usta Gregory, if living at rny death
<br /> or to their respective child or children, by representation, as above provided, should they or either of them pre-
<br /> decease me.
<br /> ITEM FOUR: I nomina.te and appoint my son, Oscar Veit Hehnke, executor of this will should he survive me and
<br /> should he die before me or decline to a.ct, I appoint my son Carl Louis Hehnke to act as executor in his stead and I
<br /> provide that my executor shall not be required to give bond or surety as such executor.
<br /> Item Five: Should any of my said children die before me, leaving a minor child or children or a child Page
<br /> incompetent to made a deed, surviving at my death, then in that event I authorize and empower my executor or his 2
<br /> successor to sell and convey any or all real or personal property owned by me at my death, not specifically be-
<br /> quea.thed hereby, at such times and at such prices and on such terms and conditions as to my executor map seem best,
<br /> without obtaining any license or order from any court or judge, the net proceeds to be divided as provided by this
<br /> will, provided that any child or children of mine living at �y death shall consent in writing to such sale or sales
<br /> or conveyance or join in the deed or conveyance with the executor.
<br /> In witness whereof I, Dora Veit Hehnke, a resident of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, but residing
<br /> temporarily with my da.ughter, in Utah, have hereunto subscribed my name below in duplicate at Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> this 12th day of August, 1948.
