<br /> (13), West of the 6th P.M. in Buffalo County, containin� 160 acres, a little more or less;
<br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the NorCheast Quarter (NE�) of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10)
<br /> North, Ran�e Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P.M. in Buffalo County, Nebraska, containing 40 acres, a
<br /> little more or less;
<br /> and that under the terms and provisions of the Will of said Bert Phillips,deceased, all of said real estate did pass �
<br /> and descend to Kattie Phillips in absolute title.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that all of the above-described real estate and personal property, as set
<br /> forth in the inventory, passed and descended to Kattie Phillips in absolute title. �'
<br /> The court further finds that said estate was subject to State inheritance ta�c in the sum of $8.94, i� accordance
<br /> with the report of the appraiser appointed by this court; that said report is approved and the court finds that said
<br /> tax has been paid and receipt therefor has been filed with this court.
<br /> The court further finds that said estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the United States.
<br /> The court further finds that there remains in the hands of the executrix no property for distribution; that the
<br /> executrix has carried out the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Bert Phillips, deceased; that all costs have
<br /> been paid and that said estate shonld be closed.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Kattie Phillips, executrix, be approved; that
<br /> she be released from her bond as executrix and that said estate is hereby closed and settled.

<br /> heard upon the applica.tion of Ava June Gebert, executrix of the will and estate of Charles Henry Quigle, deceased,
<br /> for final settlement and distributi.on and for her discharge as such executrix, and the evidence and was submitted to
<br /> the Court and the Court finds:
<br /> That this is the time and place fixed and designated for the hearing of this matter, and that it should now be
<br /> finally heard and determined.
<br /> That Charles Henry Quigle died testa.te a resident of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 30th day of April,
<br /> 1950, and that by proceedings duly instituted a.nd had in this Court and matter, the will of the deceased was on the
<br /> 31st day of May, 1950, duly examined, proved,probated and ordered recorded as such, and it was then ordered that a
<br /> proper certificate of probate be attached to said will and that the will of the deceased and the certificate of
