<br /> Now on this llth day of December, 1950, this matter came on to be heard upon the application of Lloyd W. Kelly,
<br /> attornep for said estate, and the Court havin� examined the records and files herein finds that in the Decree of said
<br /> estate, in addition to the propertp hereinbefore distributed under the Final Decree there was the following; to-wit:
<br /> Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (?), in Block Twenty-nine (29), of Packer and Barrfs Second
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> and that inadvertently said Final Decree did not include the ciistribution of said property herein-above mentioned.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that in addition to the Final Decree hereinbefore filed
<br /> that this Supplemental Decree hereby distributing the following property, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), in Block Twenty-nine (29), of Packer and Barr�s Second
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said Melissa Fallis, Deceased, be distributed to:
<br /> Daisy J. Fallis and Basil Lawrence Fallis, both over the age of twenty-one (21) years;
<br /> or to the survivor of either of them, the above described property; otherwise said Final Decree hereinbefore filed to
<br /> remain i.n full force and effect.
