Guinan, also known as B. J. Guinan, died on the 19th daq of July, 1948, a resident and inhabitant of Kansas <br /> City, Wyandotte County, Kansas; that he died testate and that the instrument filed herein purporting to be his last <br /> will and testament is the last will and testament of the said Bernard J. Gninan, and that <br /> said last will and testament has been proven according to law;that your petitioner is the executrix named in and is a <br /> person interested in such will as the sole devisee and legatee; that such Bernard J. Guinan, , <br /> died seized of real property situated in the county of Hall in the State of Nebraska, that more than two pears have � <br /> elapsed sinc� the death of such Bernard J. Guinan and there has been no administration of his estate in the State of <br /> Kansas or in the State of Nebraska; that such instrument should be allowed and admitted to probate in the state of <br /> Nebraska as the last will and testament of such deceased; that regnlar administration of such estate shall be <br /> dispensed with and a decree entered findin� that such estate in theState of Nebraska descended free of all debts <br /> against the decedent and such estate, and the share therein of the petitioner, Minnie B.
