EHLERS, Deceased. ) This matter com�ng on to be heard this lst day o� November, 19�0, on �he F3na1 Report of Anna Ehlers, executrix of the esta'�e, and upon her Petition Por allowance and approval of said Report, the settlement of the estate and her discharge herein a� exeautrix, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being fully advised in the premises, PindB that due and legal notice has been given to a11 persons oF the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon gaid Final Report and no one appearing to ob,�ect thereto and the Court having examined the same together w�th the vouchers on file, finds that said Final Report is �rue and correct in all things, that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of 'Ghe executrix, said estate closed and the executrix diseharged. The Court further Pinds that the said Herman T. Ehlers, deceased, departed this li�e May 9, 1950 in Hall County, Nebraska, and that at the time of h.�s dea'Gh he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and left a Las'G Will and Testament and Codicil which were, upon consider- ation of the Court, duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate June 7, 1g5�; that in the Last Will and Testament, the deceased named his wif�, Anna Ehlers, executrix and letters testamentary were duly issued to her upon filing of bond and oath as required by law. The Court fur�her finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of �he time and place fixed by the Caurt �'or filing clairns against the estate of the decedent, and that the time so fixed has fully expired, tha� no claims were filed and that all persons having claima against the estate, iP any such there be, and not filed within the time limi�ed by the Court, are now forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any claims. The Court Purther finds the executrix has paid all tne Puneral expenses of the deceased, al1 debts against the estate and the costs of these proceedings, and tha'G the executrix is ready to del3.ver to hersel�', as sole devisee and beneficiary, the assets remaining in her possession as executrix pursuant to the terms �,nd provisions of the Las't Will and Testament and Codieil of said -1- Herman T. Ehlers, deceased. The Court further finds that the estate of the deceased was sub,jec� to an inherit�.nce tax under the Laws of' the St�.te of Nebraska, which has been paid, but that the estate is not sub�ect to a Federal Estate Tax under the Laws of the United States. The Court further Pinds that at the time of his death, the said Herman T. Ehlers was the owner by Pee simple titl.e of the f'ollowing described real es'�ate in the Sta'Ge of R�ebraska, passing and deacending under said Wi11, to-wit: North HalY of the Northeast �uarter (N�NE4) and the Southwest @,uarter of the North�ast Quarter (SW�NE4) and the Northeast Quarter af the Northwest Quarter (NE4NW�) o�' Seetion Nineteen (19) , in Township Ten (10 ) , North, Ra,nge Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , excepting those portions heretofore conv�yed to School Dis�rict No. 6, Ha1� County, Nebraska, by �1Jarranty Deeds recorded in Book 3�+ at Page 1F�6 and Book 5� at Page 665 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska. That under the �ermg and provisions of the Las� Will and T'estament and Codicil of Herman T. Ehlers, deceased, the above described real esta�e passed and descended to his widow, Anna Ehlers, in fee simple title. That the said Herman T. Ehlers lePt surviving him as his heirs-at-law, his widow, Anna Ehlers, and. one son, Fred Ehlera. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of Anna Ehlers, executrix of the estate of Herman T. Ehlers, deceased, be and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for the F�.nal Report of said executrix, and the said estate ia hereby settled and closed and the exeeutrix diseharged. IT SS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such �h�re be, are forever barred, en,joined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that a,11 personal property remaining in the hands of �he executrix passed and descended by the provisions of the Last Will and T�sta- ment and Codicil of the decedent �o Anna Ehlers, widow, and that the real estate hereinabove deacribed passed and de5cended to Anna Ehlers, widow, in fee simple title.
