<br /> I, Herman T. Ehlers, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do
<br /> hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in words and figurea followin�,

<br /> I hereby au�horize and order that the expenses oP my last illness and funeral expenses be
<br /> first paid from my estate.
<br /> II
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Anna Ehlers, all the personal property of
<br /> which T may die possesaed of and the home place consisting of 160 acres, a little more or less,
<br /> located in Section 19, Township 10 North Range 10, West of the 6th P. M. , Ha11 County, Nebraska.

<br /> T give devise and bequeath unto my son, Fred Ehlers, the home he now occupies in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, de�cribed as Lot �+ in Block 6, Dill and Huston Addition to Grand Ialand in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.

<br /> I �ive, devise and bequeath unto my said wife all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
<br /> both real, personal and mixed, wherever �he same may be located or found.
<br /> I hereby conatitute and appoint my said wiYe, . Anna Ehlers, executrix of this, my last will and
<br /> testament, and request that no other bond be required of her as such executrix except her persor.al
<br /> obligation.

<br /> I, Herman T. Ehlers, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br /> hereby make the following Codicil to my Last Will and Testament bearing date of March 22, �939�
<br /> Having sold the real estate described as Lot Four (4) in Block Six (6) , Dill and Huston
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, and being the property referred to in
<br /> Paxagraph TII of said Last Will and Testament, I do herewith cancel said Paragraph III of my La�t
<br /> Will and Testament. In connection therewith, I make no other provisions for my son, Fred Ehlers,
<br /> for the reasan that T nave helped h�m materially in the past.
<br /> I herewith reaffirm a11 other provisions by me made in said Last Will and Testament dated
<br /> Mareh 22, Zg39.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I ha.ve hereunto affixed my signature and executed the foregoing instrument
<br /> as a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament this 27th day of November, 1946.
