<br /> The Court finds that said estate has been duly appraised Por inheri�ance tax, the report aP �
<br /> said ap�raiser i� hereby approved and allowed a.nd 'Ghere is no inheritance tax, atate o� Federal,
<br /> due Prom said estate or frorn any of said legatees and devisees.
<br /> The Court finds that the special le�acies provided 3n paragraphs Second, Third, and Fourth,
<br /> of said wi11, have been paid and dellvered ae shown by the receipts on fil�, and that the premises
<br /> devised in paxagraph Fif th have been set asi de and delivered to th� deviaes Esther Buech].er.
<br /> The Court further finds that under paragraph Sixth of said wlll a trust was created in the
<br /> aum of �10,000.40 for the benefit oP Eda Hawk, that said sum has been delivered to Wm. Suhr, name8
<br /> in said will as trustee, accord�ng to the receipt filed herein by said trus'�ee, and said Trustee
<br /> has filed a bond hereln as required by th� court and said bond ia hereby approved by the aourt.
<br /> The Cour� finds that distribution of the residue has been made as provided in said will and as
<br /> heretofore ordered by the court.
<br /> IT IS, TH�EFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COtJRT that the final report of said
<br /> executor be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as his final report, except the Court
<br /> finds that on the 13th day of Oetober, 19�0, the executor was notified oP a hail loss on the
<br /> residence property located on said Lot Lot 1 ln Block "B'�, Boehm�s Subdivision oP Lot 16 oP Cotxn'�y
<br /> Subdivision of the south halP of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 11, Ran�e 9, also
<br /> part of the nvrthwest quarter oY th� northeast quarter of Section 21, To�rnship 11, Ran�e 9, all in
<br />�' -4- Hall County, Nebraska; that �he exeeutor has made claim for the loss upon the insuranee company and
<br /> said loss has no� been ad,�usted; that for that purpose the court re�ains ,jurisdiction of this
<br /> matter, and whe� the executor files his report showing such ad�justment and proper payment of the
<br /> loss to Es�her Buechler, that the executor will then be diseharged and released �znd the es�ate
<br /> settled and closed. ,
<br /> TT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that said Trustee perPorm and execute his duties as
<br /> trustee as provid�d in �he last will and testament of Augu�t F. Buechler, deceaeed, that he make
