<br /> This mat�er came on for further hearing upon the �ina1 report of Wm. Suhr, executor oP the last
<br /> w111 and t�stament of August F. Buechler, deceased, and upon his petition for Pinal settlement ae
<br /> exeeutor of said estate.
<br /> The Court having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly
<br /> advised, finds that le�a1. notice has been given to all persons in said estate of the time and place
<br /> fixed for hearing upon said report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to
<br /> ob�eet, the Cour� examined the same, together with the vouchers on Pile and testimony in suppor.t
<br /> thereo� and being duly advised finds that said report is true and correet and is hereby approved
<br /> and allowed as and for the final report of said execu'�or.
<br /> The Court finds that August F. Buechler, died on the lat day of Oetober, 194�, tha,t at the
<br /> time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Ha11 County, Nebraska, that a petition was
<br /> filed in '�he County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of Ootober, 194�, praying for
<br /> th� allowance and probate oP an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Auguat
<br /> F. Buechle r, deceased, and the Court thereupon Pixed the 3d da.y oP November, 194�, as the date -Por
<br /> mak3.ng proof thereon; that legal notice thereof was given, and on said date, the 3d day oP November,
<br /> 1.94�, said inatrument was duly proven and allowed and admitted to probate and letters teatamentary
<br /> were duly issu�d to Wm. Suhr, executor as named in said will, and bond fixed, and filed by sa,id -2-
<br /> exeeutor, and same was apprvved by the court.
