<br /> This matter came on Sor hear ing this llth day of October, 1950, upon the petition of William
<br /> E. Gephart and T1111e Gephart, and -waa submi�ted to the Court. -
<br /> The Court,af�er bein� fully advised in the premis�s, finds that: notice of thia proceeding
<br /> has been given '�o all persons interested, both creditors and heira and of determination oP in-
<br /> heritance tax, as required by law; the alle�ations oP sueh petition are true; euch C. Fred Uebel
<br /> died intestate on 'Ghe 30th day of August, 194�-, a resident of Multnomah County in the state of
<br /> Oregon; more than two years have elapsed sinee the date of death of such C. Fred Uebel; suQh
<br /> - deeedent died seized oP the ownership o� the real property situated ln Hall County, Nebraska, here-
<br /> inafter deacribed; no administrator of�he estate of such deceased has been appointed in the atate
<br /> of Nebraska, and no decree of heirahip has heretofore been entered in the probate of such estate
<br /> in said state; such deceased left surviving him, as his sole a.nd only heira at law the following
<br /> nam�d persons, to-wit: Erma Uebel, his wite, Everett Uebel, a son, and Evelyn Usbel Jacoba, a
<br /> daughter; and no other cehildren or issue of deceased children. -
<br /> The -Court further finds that: all claims or demands against suah estate are barred by the
<br /> statute of nor�cla9.m; such estate, and t�he shares �herein of auch heirs at la�, is and are not
<br /> sub�eat to inheritance tax; the real property hereinafter described desa�nded to �uah heirs at
<br /> law in the proportions hereir�after decreed.
<br /> IT IS, THEREF�RE, CONSIDERED, DETERMINED ADiD DECREED �hat Lot One (1) in Fractional Block -2-
<br /> Fourteen (14) in Fairview Park Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County Sn the state
<br /> of Nebraska., descended: to such Erma Uebel an undivided one-third; to such Everett Uebel an
<br /> undivided one-third; and to such Evelyn Uebel Jacobs an undivided one-third.
<br /> �T IS FURTHER CON°TDERED AND ADJUD(�ED �hat all claime or demands against the estate o� suah
<br /> deceased, whether due or �o bsttt�me due, whether absolute or contingent, shall be Porever barred;
