<br /> I, MARY RU1�E oP CAIRO in the County oP HALL, State of NEBRASKA, being of sound mind and memory. and
<br /> considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therePore make, ordain, publiah
<br /> and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br /> FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my �ust debte and
<br /> �'uneral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br /> SEC�ND, After the payment oP suc,h Puneral expenses and debta, I give, devise, and bequeath
<br /> unto my son, E1mer Run�e, a sum of money to be paid in cash, equal to �100.00 for each and every
<br /> year after his 21st Hirthday that he has apent in Yarming with me, at the time of my dea.th.
<br /> Unto my dau�h�er, Amanda Runge, a sum of money to be paid in cash, equal to �75.00 Por eaeh and
<br /> every year after her �wenty first birthday that she has spent in farmin� with me, at the time oP
<br /> my death.
<br /> Should I die poasessed oP an automobile, it ia my will tha.t the same sha11 descend to my son Elmer
<br /> Runge and to my daughter Amanda Runge•
<br /> It is my will that my sewing maehine shall descend to my daughter, Amanda Runge.
<br /> All of the rest of my property and effeets, whether peraonal or real, aha11 descend to my eight
<br /> children named below, share and ahare a11ke, viz, - Emma McElhenny of Grand- Island, Nebraska.
<br /> Carolina Runge of Grand Island, Nebraska. Fred Runge oP Cairo, Nebraska. Edith Mieth oP Cairo,
<br /> Nebraska. Mathilda Brunholtz of Cairo, Nebr. Louis Runge of Cairo, Nebraska. Elmer Runge of
<br /> Cairo, Nebraska. And Amanda Runge oP Cairo, Nebraska.
<br /> Befare dividin� the residue of my estate among my children, I first desire that �50.00 be paid into
<br /> the fund for the upkeep of the cemetery at Grand Island, Nebraska.
