<br /> 1, Fred Ern�tmeyer, now reeiding in Grand Island, Ha1I County, Nebraaka, and bein� of sound
<br /> mind and memory, but mir�dt'ul of the unaertainties of th3e mortal life, do make, publish and
<br /> declare the following to be my last wiZl and te8tament : .
<br /> I. I direct tha,t a11 of my �uat debts, the expense of my last sickness and burial, and the

<br /> 2. To r�y beloved ta3.Pe, Anna Marie Ernstmeyer, I giQe, devise and bequeath:

<br /> situate, I �ive, deeiee and bequeath unto my executvr here3nafter named, in trust, with the
<br /> po�rer and authority on his part to ael]. and convey any real estate oP whiah I may die eeized
<br /> exaept as hereir�bef ore provided in Paragraph 2 hereoP, and without the ooneent or approval oF

<br /> beloved eon Walter L. Ernstm�yer to be the executor hereof, with the same powera, righte and
<br /> duties a.s hereir�bePore conferred upon my son, J. Fred Ernatmeyer.

<br /> the lifetime of my beloved wife, Anna Marie Ernstmeyer, except to earry out the proviaion in

<br /> sold aituate in Buffalo Count Nebraska.
