<br /> 9. ti�thile the said LoRayne Youn�;claus is actinb as Trustee, she snall have full power and
<br /> authority to sell, convey, mort�a�e or otherwise lien any and all the property contained in said
<br /> trust, without any further order of court whatsoever, except the �Jesterly two-thirda (W.2/3 ) of '
<br /> Lot Six ( 6) in Block Fifty-Pive ( 55) of the Orieinal Town, now City, of �rand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> which she shall be without power to sell, convey, mort�a.�e, lien or otherwise alienate except as
<br /> to her one-half interest �herein.

<br /> 10. Pdy successor trustee shall have the same power, but shall likewise be without power to
<br /> sell, convey, mortea�e or otherwise lien or alienate said real estate, except that as to any other
<br /> real estate, said successor trustee shall first obtain tne order of the Probate Court oP Hall County, ;
<br /> Nebraska, tnerefor.
<br /> 11. My said trustee and a,ny successor trustee shall have full power and authority to use so
<br /> much of the principal of the trust as may be necessary for the care, education and support of any
<br /> child or children, me survivin�, and shall have full power and authority, after any child shall
<br /> have reached the a.�;e of twenty-one (21) , to advance or convey to said ehild any part of the share
<br /> of sa�.d child in the principal of �his trust, whether real or personal property, the discretion of
<br /> the trustee and and successor trustee to be absolute.
<br /> 12. In the event my said trustee shall die before this trust shall have terminated, then I
<br /> hereby appoint Harold A. Prince, of �rand Island, Nebraska, as successor trustee.
<br /> 13. Durine the term of' this trust, the principal of the trust estate and the income thereof,
<br /> so lon� as the same shall remain in the hands of the trustee, shall be f'ree from the cestuis que
<br /> trust.
<br /> 14. Upon the termination of the trust estate, �y trustee sha11 have the option whether to
<br /> liqu3.date the e�tate and sell all or any part of the assets �hereof, real and personal, exeept the
<br /> r�al estate her�inbefore sp�cifically aet- f orth, and convert the same into cash and div3.de i�
<br /> a.mong the peraons en�i�led thereto, or deliver the trust estate or the balance thereof in specie
<br /> to the persons �ntitled thereto.
<br /> 1,�. My said trustee and any succesaor trustee shall have full power and authority to invest
<br /> and reinves� the corpus of the es'�ate in securities �ligible for investment by truetees under the
<br /> laws then existing of the State of Nebraska, and

<br /> �state f or the purpose of repairs, rebuilding, remodeling or improving any building or buildinga,
<br /> or gor the purpose of constructing a new building or buildings, upon the real es�ate, part of said
<br /> trus� estate. '
<br /> 16. My said trustee and suecessor trustee may retain in said trust any property owned by me
<br /> at the �ime of my death, and shall not be required to se11 the sazne; if there is a going business,
<br /> they may continue �o conduet the same, I make the suggestion, however, �o the trustee and respetive
<br /> suecessor trustees '�hat they should, as soon as they reasonably can, ].iquidate any theatre busines�
<br /> or other commercial enterprise, but in so doing, ahall not be required to se11 any real or personal
<br /> property, but may lease the same for such a length of time and under such terms and conditions as
<br /> the�' may deem best. Any restriction with respect to the alienation or sale of real estate shall
<br /> not prevent the trus�ee or any successor truatee from making a 2�aee f or a term of years of real
<br /> estate or p�rsonal property, which lease may extend beyorid the time when this trust ahall terminat�.
<br /> 17. In the event there shall be a vacancy of the off ice of trustee, �hen I direc� the Probate
<br /> Judge of Ha11 County, Nebraska, to appoint a successor trustee to f ill the vacancy.
<br /> SIXTH
<br /> In the event of the death of my said wife while any of our child or children are under the age
<br /> of �wen�y-one, then I hereby nominate , conatitute and apPaint Harold A. Prince of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, as testam�ntary g�.ardian of said child or children, unless my wife shall my last will and
<br /> testament direct otherwise.
<br /> SEVENTH
<br /> I h�reby nominate, conatitute and appoint my beloved wife, LoRayne Youn�claua, to be the
<br /> Executrix of' this, my laat Wi11 and Testa,ment , and request that no bond be required of' Yher, either
<br /> as executrix or �rustee, except her own personal recognizance, and request my said Executrix to
<br /> a,ppoint Harold A. Prince of Grand Island, Nebraska, as the attorney for my estate since he is
<br /> f amiliar with my wi�hes in the premises.
