<br /> John Thomssen, Deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the �th day of March, 19�0,
<br /> said instrument to which this certificate is attach�d was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br /> las� will and testam�nt of the real and personal estate of said John Thomssen, deceased, and the

<br /> The Court further finds that on the �th day of March, i95o, an order of this Court waa made
<br /> allowin� cred3.tors �hre� months from and after the 5th day af Apr9.l, 1950, in which to file their
<br /> claims a�ainst said estate and said Executrix one year in which to settle said estate, and Purther
<br /> orderin� that notice to creditors be published in the C�rand Island Independent, a le�al newspaper
<br /> published and circulatin� in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks prior �to the 5'�h
<br /> day of April, 1950, and that a hearin� on claims filed a�ainst said estate would be held at the
<br /> office of the County Jud�e of Hall County, Nebraska, on the �th da.y of July, 1950, at 9 0 'clock
<br /> a.m. , and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was publlshed as ordered by this
<br /> Court.

<br /> The Court further finds that on the 7th day of April, 1950, said Christine Thomssen, Executrix
<br /> of said estate, filed in this Court her Inventory of the property of sa�.d estate and of all property
<br /> held ,�ointly with said decedent, and that accordin� to said Inventory the deceased died seized and
