Albee, the duly apnointed, qualified and actin� administrator of the estate of Frank C. Albee, deceased, and upon the 23rd day of June, 1950, this matter, havina been con- tinued to said date by order of this Court, came on for further hearinc� and said matter havin� been on said last date continued by Order of Court to be taken up by upon further order of Court and this Court havin� ordered said he�rina to be heard upon this 29th day oP Au�ust, 1950, this cause thereupon came on for hearin� at such time upon the final report of said administrator and upon his petition for clecree of distribution and dischar�e, and upon his Supplemental Account heretofore filed herein, and the administrator bein�* represented in Court by Paine & Paine, his Attorneys, and the Court, havin� exa.mined the records, pl.eadin�s and files herein, includinn� said Final Report and said Supplemental Report and havin� heard the evidence in support thereof, and bein� fu11y advised in the premises and from proof on file, finds that: l. The final. report is true and correct in all respects and is approved and allowed as a final renort of administra�ion. 3. The Su?�plemental Final Account is true and correet in all respects and is hereby approved and alloiaed as a supplemental final account of administration and the estate is hereby settled and closed and sa�.d administratbr is hereby discharaed sub,ject to the filin� of the receipts showinr� -1- his disbursements as administrator and as escrow aaent in connection with the sales set forth in said supplemental final account and his final receipts showina� distributions to �he heirs; and upon the filin� of said receipts, should be released and• liability on said bond be termina�ed. �+. Due notice was �iven to all creditors and persons havino� claim� aa�ainst 5aid estate of the time and place fixed for hearins� thereon by publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three successive weeks as provided by law and a decree forever barrinr� and excludins� claims a�ainst the estate was duly entered herein on the 19th day of November, 1949. 5. No claims have b�en filed a�ainst said estate. All expenses connected with the funeral of said Frank C. Albee, deceased, have been paid in full, all Court costs have been paid in full, that attorneys ' fees �rere fixed by this Court on June 14, 1950, at ��77. 75 and administrator's f�e was fixed by this Court at said hearin� in the sum of $�63.1�5 and that said fees and expenses and Court costs have been paid. 6. Frank C. Albee passed away, intestate on the 12th da.y of June, 19�+9, bein� at that time a citizen and a resident of arand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and possessin� property in said Coun�y, and leavinm survivin� him as his sole and only heirs-at-law the followin� named persons, all of whom are more than 21 years of a�e, namely: . Harold C. Albee, a son, of 3tolley Park Road, Grand Island, Nebraska; Irene G. Emels�on, a dauc�hter, of 4604 North 14th S�reet, Phoenix, AriZOna; Hazel C. Rowland, a daua�hter, of Willow Sprin�s, North Carolina; Helen H. Rhoads, a daua�hter, of Birney Star Route, Sheridan, Wyomin�; Bob R. Albee, a son, of 1115 West 9th 3treet, Grand Island, Nebraska;
