<br /> Now on this 4�th day of September, 1934, this cause came on ior hearing upon the Final Repart
<br /> of R. R. Horth, Administrator of the eatate oP Wallace D. Heera, deceased.
<br /> The Court finds that Wallace D. Beers died on the 12th da,y of December, �929, and that he waa
<br /> on �aid date a resident a.nd inhabitant of Hali County, Nebraska. That on the 13th da,y oP July, 19�9�
<br /> a �petition was filed herein t'or Letter oP Adminis�ration. Upon due and legal n6tiee giv�n of the
<br /> hear ing upon said p�tltion, R.R. Horth was on the 30th day of July, 1g�9, duly appointe� Administra-
<br /> tor oP the estate of WallaQe 13. Beera, deceased, and quall�'ied as such. That said Wallace D. Beere
<br /> died intestate and 1ePt surviving hlm as his sole �nd only heirs at laxt RTellie F. Beers, widow of
<br /> said deceased, and mother of all his ahildren; Zenas H. Beers, .Alfred L. Beers, and Edna F. Liebsaek.
<br /> The Court further Pinds that a time was Yixed Por Yiling claims against said estate and no�ice
<br /> published according to law; that all claims filed a�d allowed have been eettled and paid, ar�d. that
<br /> �he coats of administr�.tion have been paid.
<br /> The Court Purther finds tha.t there was no Tnherltanoe Tax to be paid, and tha,t the report oP
<br /> Administrator is in aZl things eorreet and ahould be allowed as and Por h18 Final Report.
<br /> The Court �urther finds that said Wallace D. Beers died seized of the following deseribed real-2-
<br /> estat�:
<br /> The North Half of the 3outheast Quarter o� Section Thirteen (23) , and the North Half of
<br /> the southeast �uarter of 3ection Twenty-four (24� , bvth in Township Ten (10) l�orth, Range
<br /> Nine (9) in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> The West HalP of the Southwea� Quarter of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Ten (10),
<br /> ldorth, Range Ei�ht (g) West, ln Hamilton County, Nebraska,
<br /> and that said real estate paased and deeaended under the la�rs oY the State of Nebraska to the
<br /> aFtiresaid heirs at 1aw, an undivided one-third to Nellie F. Heers, and the undiv3ded two-thi:rds to
<br /> Zenas H. Beera, Alfred L. Beera and Edna F. Liebsac]�, share and ahare alike, sub�eQt to the life
<br /> e�tate in �ald Nellie F. Beers.
<br /> That said heirs at law, in csrder to pay the debts of sai� estate, sold said land and all of
<br /> ., the proQeeds therefron� were pald to R. R. Horth, Administrator, and uaed b�r him Por the payment og
<br /> elaims, and so forth.
<br /> It is, theref"ore, ORDERED, ADJUDC�ED AATD DECREED that all claims not Piled herein are forever
<br /> barred.
<br /> It is Purther �RDEftED, ADJUD('�ED AND DEQREED that sald Final Report be and the same is her�by
<br /> • a1lo�red aa and for the Final Report of R.R. Horth, as Adminietrator, and tha.t he is hereby disaharged
<br /> and his bond releaeed.
