<br /> Now on this 7th day of June, 1950 this cause came on for hearing on the Final Report filed
<br /> herein by Minnie A. Culbertson, administratrix of the estate of Elizabeth M. Boldt, deceased, and
<br /> upon her Petition for the approval and allowance of said Report, settlement of said estate,
<br /> determination oP heirs, and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and
<br /> files, and being fully advised in the premises finds:
<br /> That z�iinnie A. Culbertson, sister of the deceased filed her Petition in this Court December 13,
<br /> 19�+9, alleging, amon� other things, that Elizabeth M. Boldt departed this life intestate on May 7,
<br /> 1949 and was at the time a resident and inhabitant of said county and state, and was the owner of
<br /> an estate to be administered in said county; that upon the filing and reading of said Petition, an
<br /> order was entered fixing the time and place for heaxing the evidence in support of said Petition,
<br /> giving notice thereof' to all interested parties by publication of said notice for three (3) suc-
<br /> cessive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in
<br /> said county; tha� said hearing was held as heretofore ordered by the Court, and as by law required;
<br /> letters of admiriistrat3.on were granted to Minnie A. Culbertson, upon the filing of her bond in this
<br /> Court as by law required;
<br /> That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br /> Court for the filing of claims against said estate and hearing on �he same by publication for three
<br /> (3 ) successiv� weeks �.n the Grand Island Da.i1y Independent, a legal newspaper, and that all per�ons
<br /> having claims against said estate not filed within the time fixed by said Court if any there should '
<br /> be, should forever be barred, excluded, and en,joined from setting up or asserting any claims against
<br /> said estate•
