<br /> Upon examination of the files, receipts, vouchers, and testimony, and due consideration
<br /> ther�of, the Court finds :
<br /> That H�rman Sass depar'�ed �his l�fe on January 6, 1949, that he was a resident and inhabi�ant
<br /> oP Hall County, Nebraska, at the time ofl his death.
<br /> That he left as his sole and only heirs at law, devi�ees, and legateess
<br /> Lizzie A. Sass, �urviving widow,
<br /> Olga Hein, a daughter,
<br /> Margaret Sass, now Margaret Baumeister, daughter,
<br /> Lucile Sass, now Lucile Nowlin, a daugh�er,
<br /> Herbert Sa�s, a son,
<br /> all of legal age.
<br /> That his last will and testament was Piled herei.n on the 14th day oP January, �9�-9, together
<br /> with a duly verified petition for the probate thereof, '�ha� upon due notice given �o all persons
