<br /> (2)Piled her,;.declination as exeetatrix and her pe�ition requeating the Court to appoint Ba.r�ney Stolten-
<br /> berg as administrator with sa3.d Will annexed, and on the 16th day of May, Zq�+9, a.n order of th3.s
<br /> Court was made the�ein assigning the 9th day of June, i94g, at 1� o� clack a.�,s. �.n the Coun�3r Cvurt
<br /> Room in said Coun'Gy as the time and place �or hearing said petition, proving sald �Mtil1 and admit-
<br /> ting the same ta probate and ordering �hat no'�ice of '�he pende�c� of said petition anc� hearing
