<br /> I direct that all my debts, the expenses of my last sickness, and my Puneral charges, be paid
<br /> from my personal proper�y.
<br /> T give and b�queath unto my wife, Elfleda I. Rainforth, all of my personal property, of every
<br /> kind and description.
<br /> I give and devise all of my real estate, wherever situa.ted, including the southwest quar�er of
<br /> section thirty, township nine, north, range ten west oP the sixth principal meridian, and the south
<br /> half of the southeast quarter of �ec'Gion twenty five, township nine, north, range eleven west of
<br /> the sixth principal meridian, in Hall County, Nebraaka, unto my wif e, Elfleda I. Rainforth, during
<br /> her life, and after her death equally to my ehildren and the lawful issue of any deceased child,
<br /> by right of representation.
<br /> The bequest and devise herein to my wife are in 11eu of any distributive share in my estate
<br /> given her by la.w.
<br /> I hereby con�titute and appoin� my wife, Elfleda I. Rainforth, executrix of this my last wi11
<br /> � and testament, and request that no other bond be required of her as such executrix except her own
<br /> personal obligation. And I hereby revoke any f'ormer will or wills made by me.
