<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 2,�th day of October, 1949, Marie Nelson, adminis�ratrix of the
<br /> e�state of Gus Nelgon, deceased, filed in this Court her Final Account as such administratrix
<br /> and a peti�ion pray3.ng that said account be allowed, f or a decree of heirship, d�termination oP
<br /> inheritanee tax,es, fees and c ommi�sions, an order of distribution, a f inal settlement thereon
<br /> and discharge. �
<br /> For these purposes, the 23rd. day of November, �949, at 10 o'cloek a.m. at the County Court
<br /> Room in said County was assigned as the time and place for heaxing said pe�ition, examinin� and
<br /> allowing said account; and it was ordered tha.t notice of the pendenay of eaid pe�ition be given
<br /> � to all pergons in�erested in eaid estate by publ3shing such notice in the arand Island Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper printed in said Coun�y, for three weeka prior to eaid day of hearing; and it
<br /> appears by proof on file �hat said no�ice was given as ordered by Court and tha� no ob�eations

<br /> Upon examination of the record and the �vidence in this matter and being duly a.dvised iM '

<br /> Tha.t Gus Nelson departed this liPe on the 10th day of April, 19�9, at hie home in Grand
<br /> Island, Hall Count�, Nebraska, intes�ate, and at the time of his death he was a r�eident of
<br /> Fiall County, Nebraska.

<br /> Tha� on �he l�th day of April, 1949, Maxie Nelson, widow . of aaid Gus Nel�on, deceased,
<br /> filed in �his Court a p�tition praying for the appointment of said Marie Nelson as administratrix
<br /> of the estate of said deQeae�d, and on the 1�4th day of April, 19�9, an order of thia Court was
<br /> 2 made th�r�in, a ssigning the 12th day of May, 1.9�g, at 10 o�clock �.m. at the County Court Room
<br /> in said County as the time and place for hearing sa3.d petition, and ordering that no�ice of the
<br /> pendenay of sa�.d p�tition and hearing thereon be given to a11 persons in�erested in said ma,tter
<br /> by publi�hing said notice in �Ghe Grand I�land Tndependen�, a legal newspa,per printed in said
<br /> County, for three sueceseive weeks prior to said day of hearin�, and i� appeaxa by proof on fil�
<br /> that notice of said order was given as ordered by t h3.s Court.

<br /> The Cour� fur�her f inde that Marie Neleon named in said petition was, upon her gining bond
<br /> in the �um of �1,000 ag ord�red by this Cour�, appoin�ed administratrix as prayed; the Cour�
<br /> further finds that the deceased at the time of his death was married, ha,d never been the father
<br /> of any children and tha.t he lef� the following heirs-a�-law: Mari� Nelaon, his widow, and Joe
<br /> A. Nelson, his father, the mother of said Gus Nelson having prededed him �n death.
<br /> F OURTH
<br /> That on the 16th day oP May, 19�9 an order was made herein allowin� creditors �hree months
<br /> Prom and af ter the 8th day of June, 19�9, in which �o file their claims against said estate and
<br /> saicl admini�tratrix one year in which to se�tle said estat�, and further orderin� tha.t a notice
<br /> to creditors be published in the Grand Island Sndependent, a le�al newspaper publlahed and
<br /> circulating iri Hall County, Nebraska, f or three suecessive weeks prior to the said 8th day of
<br /> Jun�, 1949, and tha,t a hearing on claims filed against said �state would be held at the ofPiQe
<br /> of th� County Judge of Ha11 County, Nebraska, on the lOth day of Sep�ember, 19�9, at 9 o�cloek
<br /> a.m. , and it appears by proof on file tha.t notice of said order was published as ordered by thia

<br /> The Court further finds tha.t on �he 27th day of June, 19�9, said Marie Nelson, as adminis-
<br /> tratrix, filed in Cour� her Tnventory wi�h a copy thereof for the County Ass�ssor of Ha1l County,
<br /> Nebraska, of the property of said esta�e including �he property 3ointly h�ld by said decedent
<br /> with others, and that ae�ording '�o said Inven�ory, the deceas�d died aeized and possesaed of the
<br /> following d�scribed property, to-wit:
