<br /> deceased, and for distribution of the �ersonal property of said estate, and the evidence, and
<br /> was submit�ed to �he court on consideration whereof the court finds that due and 1ega1 notice of
<br /> the time and place of hearing on said final account and petition for d3.scharge has been g�.ven to
<br /> all persons interested in said estate, as nrovided by 1aw. Thereupon the court being fu11y advi�ed
