<br />'� I appoint my grandson, Thomas Paul Hayman, of Halland, Nebraska,executor of thi5 my Last
<br /> Will and Testament.
<br />' In case of the death, resignation or inabili'�y of my sa.id grandson, Thomas Paul Hayman, to
<br /> i act as executor, tnen 2 appoint my attorney, Donald H. �`reaver, of Grand Island, Nebraska, execu
<br /> of this my Last Will and Testament. �

<br /> the o ral. instructions whieh I have given her.

<br /> I authorize and direct my executor or his successor to conver� into cash, all the rest,
<br /> res3.due and remainder of my es�ate, both real and personal of which I may die seized or possessed,
<br /> or to which I am entitled at the time of my dea.th; and �o facilita�e such conversion to cash, I
<br /> authoriz� my said executor or his succesaor to se11, at public , or privats sale, at such time and
<br /> place as �o him may seem advisab.le , the whole or any part, of any real or personal property
<br /> ineluded in such residue and rema.inder of m y estate, and to make, execute and deliver good and
<br /> su�'ficient deeds of conveyance for �he real property and biZ1.s of sale for the peraonal property.

<br /> ornia, and to her heirs and assigns forever; one-f ourth to my beloved daughter, MadeZine BueehZer,
<br /> of 1208 West Koenig Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and to her heirs and assigns forever; one-
<br /> eighth share to each of my �ra.ndgons Thomas Paul Hayman and Edward C . Haymand, of Holland, Nebraska,
<br /> sons of m� dec�ased son, Edward C. Hayman, and to their heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> If any of the persons named in Paragraph V. hereof, or any person in their behal.f ahall file
<br /> a claim or claims against my estate, their ahare ag set f or�h in Paragraph V shall be reduced by
<br /> the amoun� of the cZaim or cyaims so filed, and such amount shall be prorated among the rema3nder
<br /> of the �ersons named in said Paragraph V, provided tha� any amount paid to Thomas Paul Hayman
