<br /> 6 P.M. at �he time of her death, that, under tne etrms of tta�La�t Will and Teatament of the said
<br /> Mamie C. O�Brien, that said real estate was devised and bequeathed to Melvin Knight, Paul M�,ttoon
<br /> and Arthur Mattoon, Jr. , and the court further findg that, after said will was admitted to
<br /> probate in Multnomah Gounty, Oregon, as set forth above, William J. 0' Brien, an adop�ed son of
<br /> Mamie C . 0'Hrien, deceased, commenced an action in the Circuit court of the S'��te of Oregon,
<br /> C oun�y of Multnomah, �o set asic�e, cancel and annul said Las� Will and Testament of the said
<br /> Mam.ie C. O�Brien. The Cour� further finds that the legatees under the will of Mamie C. O�Brien,
<br /> deceased, eiatered �nto a stipulation and agreement under the terms of which the said William J.
<br /> O�Br3.en, adopted son of Mamie C. O�Brien, decea�ed, would be entitled to an undivided one-half
<br /> of a11. of the estate of Mamie C. O�Brien, deceaged, and tnat the said Melvin Knight, Paul Mattoon
<br /> and Arthur Mattoon, Jr. , executed assignments of an undivided one-half in,terest in t'rie estate of
<br /> Mamie C. O�Brien, deceased, to the said W1111am J. O�Brien, a copy of that said s'�ipulation has
<br /> been f iled with this�,Court and is approved bythis Court and through and by virtue of said
<br /> ass�gnments and agreemen'� , the heirs of the sa�.d Mamie C. O�Brien, deceased, are entitled to a��
<br /> divis�.on of the property belonging �o �aid esta�e as follows, To-wit :
<br /> An undiv3.ded one-ha.lf interest �herein to William J. O�Brien
<br /> An undiv�.ded one-aixth interest therein �o Melvin Kni�ht
<br /> An undivided one-sixth interest therein to Paul Mattoon
<br /> An undivided ons-sixth interest therein to Arthur Mattoon, Jr.
<br /> and said real estate and personal property belonging to the e�tate located in the State of Nebr-
<br /> a5ka is hereb�r;.assigned to said he3.rs accordingly.
<br /> The Court furtner f3.nds that the administratrix had on hand for distr�.bution at the time of
<br /> f3.ling her final report in �he sum of �2,088. 99, �hat she �eceived div3.dent check in the sum
<br /> of �11.92 after the repor� was filed, making a total. of �2,092.91, ��S.at ti7E balance of the court
<br /> costs to be paid to the County Judge was the sum of �27.10, '�he balance of the administra�rix
<br /> fees is the sum of ��0.00 and the balance due on attorney fees is the sum �b5.00, that, after
<br /> the payment of said amounts by said administratrix tnere remained in her hands f or distribution
<br /> the sum of' �1,980.81.
