1 <br /> ���� i <br /> WILI� AND DECRE� R�CORD <br /> 28081—The Augustine Co., (3rand Island, Nebr. <br /> This cause came on for hearing this 16th day af September, �.949, upon the final report of the <br /> executors anct upon their ap?�1ication for settlement of said esta'�e and their discharge. <br /> The Court havin� examined said final report and the records and files and being fully advised <br /> in the premises, finds tha.t due and legal notice has been given �o all persons interested in said <br /> estate of the time and place fixed for hear�.ng upon said final report as ordered by the Court, and <br /> no one appearing to ob�ect to said final report, the Court examined the sa.me, together with the <br />, vouche�s on #'ile and the testimony in supnort thereof, and being fu11y duly advised in the premises, <br /> finds that said final report, together with the supplemental report filed herein, are true and eor- <br /> rect in all th�ngs a,nd ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the ex�cutors. <br /> The Court finds that Rudo?ph Siebert, also known as Rudolf Siebert, died on the 11th day o�'� <br /> August, 19�j, and at '�he time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> The Cour� fir.ds that on September 9, 19�3, a petition was filed herein praying for the a11ow- <br /> ance and probate o#' an instrumen'� purpor�in� to be the last ��r��l and testament and codicil th�reto <br /> of Rudolph Sieber�, also known as Rudolf Si�bert, deceased; that the court fixed Oetober 6, 19�+3, <br /> as the date for r�earing upon said pet3.tion and for making proof on said last will and testament, <br /> and codicil thereto, and due notiee of the filing thereof and of the time and place fixed for <br /> hearing thereon ?aas g�.ven by the cour'� in the manner provided by law, and on said date, October 6, <br />-2- 1943, said instruMents taere duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate afi and for the last wi11 <br /> and testamen�, a.nd codicil tnereto, of said Rudolph Siebert, a�so known as Rudol� Siebert, d�ceased, <br /> and letters tegtam�ntary were duly issued thereon to Walter E.. Siebert and Lena B.
