<br /> This cause came on for hearing this 16th day af September, �.949, upon the final report of the
<br /> executors anct upon their ap?�1ication for settlement of said esta'�e and their discharge.
<br /> The Court havin� examined said final report and the records and files and being fully advised
<br /> in the premises, finds tha.t due and legal notice has been given �o all persons interested in said
<br /> estate of the time and place fixed for hear�.ng upon said final report as ordered by the Court, and
<br /> no one appearing to ob�ect to said final report, the Court examined the sa.me, together with the
<br />, vouche�s on #'ile and the testimony in supnort thereof, and being fu11y duly advised in the premises,
<br /> finds that said final report, together with the supplemental report filed herein, are true and eor-
<br /> rect in all th�ngs a,nd ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of the ex�cutors.
<br /> The Court finds that Rudo?ph Siebert, also known as Rudolf Siebert, died on the 11th day o�'�
<br /> August, 19�j, and at '�he time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> The Cour� fir.ds that on September 9, 19�3, a petition was filed herein praying for the a11ow-
<br /> ance and probate o#' an instrumen'� purpor�in� to be the last ��r��l and testament and codicil th�reto
<br /> of Rudolph Sieber�, also known as Rudolf Si�bert, deceased; that the court fixed Oetober 6, 19�+3,
<br /> as the date for r�earing upon said pet3.tion and for making proof on said last will and testament,
<br /> and codicil thereto, and due notiee of the filing thereof and of the time and place fixed for
<br /> hearing thereon ?aas g�.ven by the cour'� in the manner provided by law, and on said date, October 6,
<br />-2- 1943, said instruMents taere duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate afi and for the last wi11
<br /> and testamen�, a.nd codicil tnereto, of said Rudolph Siebert, a�so known as Rudol� Siebert, d�ceased,
<br /> and letters tegtam�ntary were duly issued thereon to Walter E.. Siebert and Lena B. Ernestmeyer,
<br /> executors as named in said last will and testament, and they thereupon qualified as such.
<br /> The Court finds that due and legal notice h�.s been �iven as by 1aw prav�.ded to all persons of
<br /> the time and pZace fixed by the Court for the f�.ling of claims against said esta'�e and tna� the time
<br /> so fixed has fully expired.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT �hat all persons having claims against said estate, and
<br /> not filed herein, if anSr such 'there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or agserting
<br /> any such claims ag�,ins� said estate.
<br /> The Court find� that a�l claims fi7_ed herein have been paid; that tne cos�.s of ac�ninistration
<br /> have been �aid; tha� the estate was appraised for inheritance ta�t purposes and the report filed
<br /> herein; and that there z�ras no inneritance tax due.
<br /> IT IS, THFREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that .the appraiser �s report be allowed and approved and
<br /> that there is no inheri'�ance tax due or payable.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report and supplemen�al
<br />' report af the executors be, and the same are hereby, approved and allowed as and for their final
<br /> report; that there rema3.ns in the hands of �12e executors the sum of �500.0� for incidental expense�,
<br /> I . contingent taxes, etc. , as heretofore ordered by �he court, and when all contingent liabilities, iP
<br /> any, have been determined, then the executors shall report herein.

<br /> The west h�.lf of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter and the wes'� half of the
<br /> northwest qua,rter of Section Nineteen (19), Township Eleven (11) , Range Eight (�) 4+lest
<br /> of' 6�h P.M. , in Merrick County, Nebraska, conta:ining 91.70 acres,
<br /> The northwest quarter of Sect�.on Sixteen (i6) , Township Eleven (I1), Range Seven (7) West
<br /> of bth P.�i. , in Hamilton County, Nebraaka, 7.60 acres, and
<br /> Lot Four (�-) in nlock Ten (10) in Sehimmer �s Addition to the city of Grand Island, in

<br /> and that the same has been dispased of and proceeds distributed as provided under the last will and
<br /> testament.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that said estate ig hereby settled and elosed, except as above pro-
