<br /> Walter W. Smith and Mildred N. Smith and the pleadings And the eviclence and wa� submitted to the
<br /> Court; on cansiderat3.on whereof, the Court having examined the records and files herein, includin�;
<br /> s��:d petition, heard the ev3.dence iri support 'thereof, and being %ully advised in the ma.'Gter and

<br /> i.nterested in said matter, both cred.itors and heirs, in the manner required by law and the order

<br /> said Gordon Smith departed this life in Germa.ny on the lE�th day of. March, 1945, whil.e serv�.ng his
<br />; Country in the .Armed Forces during World War II; that his body was returned from Germany and was
<br />'', bur�.ed with military honors in the Grand Island City C�metery, in Hall County, Nebraska, on �Ghe
<br />; 5th da,y of Fdovember, 1G4�; �that at the time of his death he was a citiZen and resident of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; that more than two years have elapsed s3nQe the date of his death; that no ap-
<br /> plication has been made heretofore in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an adm�.nistrator
<br /> of the estate of said deceased, and that �Chis Court has �uris�.3.ct3.on in �his matter.
<br /> 3. The said Gordon Smith was a minor of the age of l9 years at the tirne of his death, having

<br /> Walter W. Smith, his father, of legal age, o� 123 South Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska,;
<br />' Mildred N. Smith, his mother, of legal age, of 123 South P�.ne Street, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />� Maur�ce Sm3.th, his brother, a minor, of 123 South Pine Stree'�, Grand Island, Nebraska.
