<br /> on the 30th day of November, 19��, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br /> Oliver E. Gilbert deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 29th d.ay of December,
<br /> 194�, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br /> as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Oliver E. Gilbert, deceased,
<br /> and the same was or dered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br /> and further ordering that notice to creditors be published in the arand Island Independent, a
<br /> legal newspap�-r published and cireulating 3n Hall County, Nebraska, for three succes�ive- weeks �
<br /> prior to th� 26th da,y of' January, 19�+9, and that a hearing on claims filed against said esta�e
<br /> would be held a'� the office of the County Judge of Hall Coun�y, Nebraska, on the 2�th day of April,

<br /> The Court fur�her f inds that on the 26th da.y of January, 19�-9, said Ona Gilber'�, executri�¢ oP
<br /> said es�ate, filed in Court her inventory oP the property of said estate, and tha.t according to
<br /> said inventory, the deceased died seized and po�sessed of the following described property, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Ei�ht (�) o�' the County Sub-divisj.on of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) and the �lest Half
<br /> of the Northeast Quarter (W2NEQ) of Section Five (5) in Township Ten �10) North, Range Ten
<br /> (10) , West of 'the 6tkZ P.M. , excepting therefrom thpse portions thereo� conveyed �o the
<br /> Village of A1da, by 6darranty Deed recorded in Book �2 at Pa e �- of the Deed Records of

<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> and Governnent Bonds of th e value of ��0.00, and
<br /> household furniture of the value of less than �200.00;
<br /> the Court further �inds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last Will
<br /> and Testament of sai�. deceased, said property was devised and bequeathe�d unto Ona Gilbert in fee
<br /> simple absolute, sub,ject to �he payment of debts o�' said estate.
<br /> SIXTH
<br /> The Court fur'ther f�nds that on the 2�th day of April, Z949, an order of this Court was made
<br /> allow3.ng the claim of Hal1, Cour�ty, I�ebraska, in the sum of �3, 695.32, and the claim oP Geddes
<br /> Funeral Home in the sum of �200.�0 agains� this estate, these being the only claims Piled against
<br /> said estate, and barring the filing of any and all other claims against said estate and excluding
<br /> the holders thereof f�rom setting up or asser�ing any such claims against said estate. �
<br /> SEVENTH
<br /> The Court further finds that pursuant to the terms and provisions of sai.d Last Wi11 and Testa-
<br /> ment, said Ona Gilbert sold the real estate hereinbefore described at public sal.e for the sum of (5)
<br /> �2,500 and the household furniture of said estate for the 5um of' ��I-0.45, and cashed the Government
<br /> Bonds for the sum of ��0.00, �hereby liquic��,ting all of the asseta of said estate; that said
<br /> executrix has paid all cos'�s of administration herein and paid in full the expenses of the burial
<br /> of said decedent, being the claim of Geddes Funeral Home in the sum of �200.00, and has paid to
<br /> P. D. Willis, County Treasurer of HalZ Coun�y, Nebraska, to apply on its claim for 01d Age
<br /> Assitance the sum of �1,97�.25, plus the sum of �13.71, making a total paid on said claim of
<br /> $l;�j'�'.96, leaving unpaid on said claim the sum of' �1, 703.36, but no assets remained with which
<br /> to satisPy said unpaid balance; that aceardingly ther�f.s due and payable to the Coun�y Treasurer
<br /> o� Hall County, Nebraska, as 3.nheritance tax herein no sum whatsoever. �
<br /> � IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Ona
<br /> Gilber�, executrix, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; �hat the property
<br /> described �n Paragraph Fifth hereof' has a11 been used toward the payment of the costs and expenses
<br /> of administra�ion of this estate and applied toward the payment of claims and that there remains in
<br /> the hands o�' said executrix no money or proper�y whatsoever; that all acts done by her have been
<br /> proper and that she therefore be and is hereby discharged, her bond released, and said estate duly
<br /> administered, settled and closed.
