<br /> Now on this �th day oP June, 19�8, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br /> petition for diacharge of Kathryn Harris, administratrix of the estate of John F. Fass, also known ii
<br /> as John Fass, deceased, and for the distributior� of the real property of said estate, and �he
<br /> evidence, and was submitted to the court on consideration whereoP the court finds that due and
<br /> 1ega1 notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account and petition for diseharge has
<br /> been given �o all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon the court being �,
<br /> fully advised in the premises finds as Pollows:
<br /> 1.
<br /> That the said final aecount of the said Kathryn Harris, administratrix of the estate of said
<br /> John F. Fass, a lso known as John Fa.ss, deceased, is in all respects, ,�ust, true, and correet; that ',
<br /> due notice to creditors has been given; that there were no clairns filed against said estate, and �
<br /> that said eatate is now solvent; and �hat there is no federal or state inheri.tance tax to be
<br /> assessed against said es�ate.

<br /> That John F. Fass, also known as John Fass, deceased, died intestate on the 2�th day of
<br /> Julg, 19�7, at Grand Island, Nebraska, leaving as his heirs and only heira at law, Mary Hurnett, ,
<br /> sister; Valentine Fass, brother; Maxgar et Adams, sister; Kathryn Harris, sister; Ma,tt Fass, '
<br /> brother; George Fass, nephew, son of George Fass, deceased, brother; and that the real property
<br /> de�cends as by law provided.

<br /> That on final settlement oP the estate, there will be due this court the sum of �57,00; that
<br /> the attorney �ees and administratrix�s �ees have been paid in probating the estate oP John F. Fasffi,
<br /> also ]�nown as John Fass, deceased, and condue�ing proceedings for the settlement of this es'Cate.

<br /> IT TS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED A21D DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate

<br /> The Southerly 64 feet of Lota 6 and 7, in Block 1, in Bartling� s SubdivisSon, located on part of
<br /> Lot 15 of the County Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16; and on
<br /> part o�' the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter oP Section 21; in Township 11, North,
<br /> Ra,nge 9, Weat oP the 6th P.:,M. , as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded, in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska;
