<br /> Z give, devise, and bequeath to my wife, Lottie M. MeKibben all of our household Purniture
<br /> and personal effects, she to have the same absolutely. �

<br /> I give, devise, and bequeath to my two sons, Leonard L. P�IcKibben, and Harold G. MeKibben the
<br /> business known as �he McKibben Transfer; also the real estate on which said transf er is located,
<br /> be�.ng the Northerly forty (�0) feet of Lots 1 & 2 in B1oc� Seven (7) in Arnold �.nd Abbott �s Ad_
<br /> dition to the City of Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, the same to include the trucks,
<br /> loading equipment, machinery, fixtures, building, all equipment located thereon, and all property
<br /> belonging to and used in the business of the MeKibben Transfer. P�ty said sons to have title to the
<br /> same upon the conditions set forth in the next paragraph.

<br /> It is my desire and I direct th�.t my sons, in consideration of the bequeathing them the
<br /> Transfer above described, sha11 pay to my wife, Lottie M. MeKibben for her su�port during her
<br /> lifet�me, the sum of �100.00 per month. The same payment to commence 30 days after my death,
<br /> and continue during the Iif etime of my said wif e, Lottie M. PdeKibben.
