<br /> their claims agains� said estate and said exeeutor one year in which to settle said estate, and II
<br /> further ordered that notice to creditors be publiehed in the Grand Island Ind�pendent, a 1eg�,1 news- �
<br /> paper published and circulat3ng in Hall County, Nebrask�a, for three suceessive weeks prior to the
<br /> 26th day of September, 19�1�0, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held
<br /> at the O�fice of the County Juc�ge of Hall C4unty, Nebraska, on the 30th day of December; 1940, at
<br /> 9 o 'clock a.m. , and it �.ppears by proof on file that notice oP said order was published �.� ordered
