<br /> 1. I direct that my Executor pay all of my ,just debts, including the expenses of my last
<br /> sickness, de��.th and burial, and the expense of probating my estate out of my per�onal property.
<br /> 2. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Miene Ueckert, a11 my property, both
<br /> real and personal, to have and to hold for and during her natural li�'e with the provision, however,
<br /> that should my �aife find it necessary to use of the corpus of my personal property or real estate
<br /> in order to support herself in the manner she is accustomed to, then she is hereby authorized to
<br /> do so without first obtaining an order from any Court or Judge, and so much of the corpus of the
<br /> property as may be necesaary for her support, is hereby given to her absolute.
<br /> 3. Upon the death of my wife, should she survive me and if she precedes me in death, then
<br /> upon my death, I hereby direct that the remaining �e�se�a� property, if any there be, be distributed

<br /> A. To my adopted son, Roy Millar d Prott Ueckertt I �ive, devise and bequeath my residence
<br /> prflperty in Grand Island, Nebraska, being Lo� Nine (91 in Black Five �5) of Russell Wheeler�s
<br /> Addition to the Clty o�' Grand Island, Nebraska, otherwise known as 20� We3t Eighth Street, to-
<br /> gether with all of the furniture and contents of said house and all of my wearing apparel, �ewelry
<br /> and other trinkets of every kind and description, to have and to hold to him and his heirs Poever.
<br /> B. To my adopted son, Roy Millard Prott Ueckert, I give and bequeath one-third of the remain-
<br /> 3.ng personal proper'�y to have and to hold to him and his heirs Porever.
<br /> C. To my niece, Hildegart Bergemann, .who resides in Berlin, Germany, at N. W. 5, Havelberger �
<br /> S�r., lES, I give and bequeath one-third of such remaining personal property, to have and to hold ,

<br /> D. To my sister, Louise Kerker, I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty Dollars ( �50.00) to ,

<br /> E. To each of the children of my deceased brother, Will�am Ueckert, who are living at the
<br /> time of the death of the survivor of myself and my T�rife, I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty-

<br /> F. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature, I give, de-
<br /> vise and bequeath unto my sister, r�3nnie Dethloff to have and to hold to her and her heirs forever.

<br /> made allowing creditors three months Prom and after the 17th day of December, 1931, in which to
<br /> file their claims against said estate, and further ordering that notice to creditors be publiahed
<br /> in the Grand Island Herald, a legal newspaper published and cireulated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> for three successive taeeks prior to the 17th day of December, 1931, and that a hearing on claims
<br /> filed against said estate would be held at the office of the County Judge oP Ha11 Co�anty, Nebraska,
<br /> on the 17th day of March, i932, at 9;00 o ' clock a.m. , and it appears by proof on file that notice
<br /> of' said order was publiahed by this Court.
