<br /> heirs at law of said Decedent, John C. Hu�bner, and the only heirs at law of said deceased, are
<br /> Reah B. Huebner, his surviving widow over twenty-one years of a�e, and Ralph R. Huebner, their
<br /> son, 1� years of age and both of said he�.rs living at Kilgore, Cherry County, Nebraska; the Court
<br /> finds that the said Reah B. Huebner and Ralph R. Huebner are sole and only persons entitled a
<br /> share in sa�.d estate.
<br /> The Court further f�.nds that after 'Ghe balance of all debts, costs of administra�ion and
<br /> claims allowed �.gainst said estate there remains a total balance du� to the said heirs of �1�1.07,
<br /> to be divided equally between said heirs. The Court further finds that there is no real estate
<br /> belonging to said estate. -
<br /> WHEftEFORE, IT I9 ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said fina]. report of '�he
<br /> said Reah B. Huebner, a,dministratrix, be and the same, in all things approved and confirmed. It
<br /> Purther ordered and ad,judged that the said Reah B. Huebner and said Ralph R. Huebner are entltled
<br /> to share in the said bal�nce of sa,id estate rentaining and are each entitled �o have and ree�ive
<br /> the sum of �70. ���-; that upon the filin� of rsceipts in this Court showin; payment Qf said sums

<br /> Will and Testa.men� of Au�ust Ueckert, deceased, filed in this Court his final account of such
<br /> executor and a petition prayitz� that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship, an order
<br /> of distribution, a final settlement thereon and dischar�e.
<br /> For these purposes, the 16th day of F�bruary, 1.9�+9, at 10:00 o� cloek a.m. at the Coun�y Court
<br /> Room in said Coun�y ��ras assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and
<br /> allowing said account; and it was ordered that notice oP the pendency of said pe'�ition be given
<br /> to all persons interested in said esta'�e by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent,
<br /> a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it

<br /> Upon exarnination of the record and the evidence in this mat�er and being duly advised in the

<br /> That August Ueckert departed this life on the 23rd day of O�tober, 1937., in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, testate, and at the ti me of' Yhis death he was a resident of Ha11 County, Nebraska.

<br /> That on the 29th day af October 31, E. G. Kroger filed in �his Corzrt an ins�rument purporting
<br /> to be the Last '�T111 an3 Testament of said August Ueekert, deceased, wherein said pe'titioner was
<br /> named executor, and a petition offering said Wi11 for probate; and on the 29th day of October, lg�j1,
<br /> an order af �h3s Court was made �here�in assigning the 19th day of Ncavember, 1931, at Z0:00 o ' cloc�
<br /> a.m. 3.n the County Court Room in said County as the time and place for hea,rin�; said pe�ition,
<br /> proving said W�11 and admitting the s�.me to probate and ordering that no�ice of the pendency o�'
<br /> said petition and hearing �hereon be given '�o all persons interested in said matter by publishing
