<br /> Now on this 5th day oP Februaxy, 1949, this c�.use came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br /> �oP E. F. Starr, Administrator of the Estate of Ca,rl R. Lesher, deceased, €cnd it appearin� to the
<br /> 5atisf�,ction of the court from the proofs on file that a11 persons interes�ed in said estate have
<br /> been notified as required by 1aw, and the order of th�.s court. It Pur�her appearing to the eour�
<br /> th�,t the hearing on the notic� of Final settlement was fixed for 0etober 20, 194� at_ 10 o � elock
<br /> A.rs. , and it further appearing to the court '�hat said estate had not been appraised Por the purpose
<br /> oP inheritance tax, and that such appraisement should be made. The hearing on the Pinal ge'�tle�te�t
<br />� of �aid estat� was cont3nued unto thls date. It further appearing to the court that Herbert F.
<br /> Mayer was duly apnoin�ed appraiser of said estate; that he has made the ap�raisemen� thereof, as
<br /> provided by 1aw, and that he has fiZed a copy of his report in this court.
<br /> The Court further Pinds �h�t sa3.d estate is not sub,jeet �o inher3tanee tax under the laws of
<br /> the Sta�e of Nebraska.
<br /> The Court further finds that �here has been no ob,jeetion or pro'�est to the approyal of the
<br /> Fina1 Report of said administrator, a,nd the Court finda that said report is correct and ought to be
<br /> approved and allowed, and the Court further fir�ds that the adzninistrator has accounted Por all oP
<br /> the estate aP said deceased which came into his possession.
<br /> IN IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the report of E. F. Starr, Adminis-»
<br /> trator of said estate, and of Herbert F. Mayer, appraiser of said estate, are approved by �his
<br /> court.
<br /> The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Carl R. Lesher,
<br /> deceased, of the time and place fixed for filing claims against his es�a'Ge; that saic� time has
<br /> fu11y exp�.red; that no cla,ims were filed against said estate, and tha'� any claims or demands out-
<br /> atanding agalnst said estate and not so Piled are Porever barred and precluded.
<br /> IT IS THEftEFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred from set-
<br /> ting up or filing any claim against the estate o� Ca,rl R. Lesher, deceased, and that said estate
<br /> is fu11y settled and cZosed.
<br /> The Court further finds th�,t the said Carl R,. Lesher departed this life intestate on the 30th
<br /> day of Maareh, 1947; tha�he was immediately precedin� his death a resident of Akron,Washington
<br /> County, Colorado; �hat he left surviving him as his heirs_at-Iaw and� only heirs..at-law the following-
<br /> named persons, to-wit: Valera M. Lesher, his widow, Mar,jorie A. Lesher, Dorothy J. Lesher, Valera
<br /> Lea Lesher, and Betty Lorraine Lesher, his daughters, and Samuel E. Lesher, and Carl L. Lesher,
<br /> his sons.
<br /> The Court further Pinds that the s�.id Carl R. Lesher was, at the time of his death the owner
<br /> in fee aimple tit2e to the following-described property situated in H�,11 County, Nebraska,�e�Kwit:
