<br /> Upon examination of the record and the evidence in �his matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, the Court finds as follows :

<br /> That Fredrick N. Rask was also known as Frederik N. Rask, Frederiek N. Raak, and F. I�. R�,sk,
<br /> departed this life on �he 22nd day of Oc�ober, 19�7, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, �es-
<br /> tate , and a.t the tirnQ of his death he was a resident of Hall Coun�y, Nebraska,

<br /> That on the 27th day of October, 1.g�7, Anton N. Rask filed in this Court an inatrument pur-
<br /> � porting to be the Last Will and Tes�amen� of the said Fredrick N. Rask, deceased, wherein gaid
<br /> petitioner was named executor, and a netition offering said �1i11 for probate and on '�he 27th daQr •
<br /> of October, 1g�7, an order of this Cour� was made therein assigning the 14th day of November,
<br /> 194�7, at 10:00 o' clock a.m. , in the County Court Room in said County as the time and place f or
<br /> hearing said petition, proving sa3.d �ill and admitting 'Ghe same to probate �.nd ordering that
<br /> no�iee of the pendency of said petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested
<br /> in said matter by publishin� said notice in the Grand Tsland Independent, a legal newspaper
<br /> printsd in said County, for �hree succes5lve weeks prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by
<br /> proof on file that notice of said order was so given.

<br /> The Court further finds that said hearing was continued by this Court un�il December 1�, 19�7,
<br /> at 10:00 o'clock a,�n. , and on �he 15th day oP December, 1947, said instrument was proven, allowed,
<br /> and admi�ted �o probate as the Last Will and Tes�ament of said Fredrick N. Ra.sk, deceased, which
