<br /> E. Ellsworth, deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file '�hat notice has been
<br /> given to all interested persons oP the filing of said report, as required by Ia.w and by th� order
<br /> of this court, and it further appearing to the Court after full examination, that the account
<br /> exhibited by the said Administrator is correct in all thin�s and ou�ht to be approved and allowed
