<br /> Anna Glock for c�eterminat3.on of heirship, aa'i d the court, after h�.ving examined �he records and
<br /> Piles, �finds that notice oP the Piling vf said peti'�ion has been given in the manner and form pro-
<br /> vided by law, �nd that there are no objections on file; whereupon sald cause came on to be hea,rd.
<br /> The Court finds that Anna Glock, Anna M. Glock a.nd Annie M. G1ock are one an d the same person,
<br /> wherever the respective names appear with respeet to the real estate hereinafter described.
<br /> The Court finds that Ida Glock died innestate -on the 15th day of September 1945; that she was
<br /> at the time of her death a citizen and resi�ent oP Hall Coun'Gy, Nebr�ska, and tha� this cour� has
<br /> ,jurisdiction; that she was the owner at the time of her death of an undivided two-thirds interest
<br /> in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E� NW�) of Section Thirty-three (33) , Township Twelve
<br />� (12), North, Range Twelve (12) , -West of the th P. M. , in Hall County, Nebraska; th at more than two
<br /> years have elapsed since her death, and that there has been no petition for the appointment oP an
<br /> adrninistrator oP her estate in this state or an y other state.
<br /> The Court further finds that her soZe an d only heirs-At-law was her daughter Anna Glock, other-
<br /> �rise known as Anna M. Glock and Annie M. Glock; that her husband had predeceased her and tha� her
<br /> only othpr child had predeceaspd her, leaving no child or childr�n or the iseu� oP any deceased
<br /> child or children, him surviving; that '�he degree of kinship of Anna Gloc�s is first, and that the
<br /> right of descent of the real estate, to-wit, an undivided two-thirds interes'�, is tv the said Anna
<br /> Glock, the petitioner, and that said Anna Glock has said present interest in said real estate as
<br /> the sole and only heir at law of the said Ida Glock, deceased. .
<br /> IT IS , THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUIX+ED AND DECREED HY THE C�URT that Ida Glock died intestate on
