Brayton owned Lot <br /> Seventeen (17) in Block Eleven (11) in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, and that Rex D. Smith and Doris E. Smith now own said real es'�ate in fee simple absolute <br /> a9 �oint tenants. . <br /> The Court further f inds that the sole and only heirs-a�-law of the said George H. Brayton were <br /> his wife, Edith Brayton, and his, mother, Anna Brayton; tha� he left no child or children, nor the <br /> issue of any �eePased child or children, him surviving, but did leave hia �aid wife and mother. <br /> The Court further finds that more than two yea.rs have ela3�sed aince his death. <br /> The Court further finds that the said Anna Brayton stood in �he first degree of kinship and <br />
