<br /> Item One: I direet that my �u$t debts and the expenses oP my last illness and burial be Pirst
<br /> paid. I wish to b� buried by th� grave of my deceased huaband, Chriatian Goettsahe, in the �'amily
<br /> burying ground at St. Paul, Nebraska. I have three children buried there and I direct my exeeutor
<br /> to have markera installed on their graveB if I do not have the eame done before my death.
<br /> ITEM TWO; I give and bequeath the aum of One Hundred Do1l.ara to The Messiah Evangelical
<br /> Lutheran Church at Seventh and Locust Streets in Grand Island, �lebraska and the sum oP Two xundred
<br /> Dollara to my executor, Rudolph A. Goettsche, in full of his serviees and feea aa exeeutor of my
<br /> estate and I provide that �he ea.me ahal.I be paid as soon as they ean be conweniently paid in the
<br /> course of adminiatration and witho�t interest.
<br /> ITEM THREEs I have asked my executor to give a f ew artialea oP li�tle or no aommeraial value
<br /> to certain of my childr�.n, the value of whieh is so trifling that they need not be mentioned and
<br /> I know it w111 be a.�reeable �o a11 of my children to have my exeautor carry out my wishes. I
<br /> ITEM FOUR: All �he reat, residue and rema,inder� of my prop�rty, real, peraonal and mixed; now I
<br /> owned or h�reaf��r aequired by me and wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my seven
<br /> ehildren equally, share and share alike- one seventh par� to each of my children, namely: Lena
<br /> Catherine Goettsch, Rou�e 4, Grand Island, Nebraska, William Goe�tsahe of St. Paul, Nebraska,
<br /> John Qoettsche of Nampa, Idaho, Rudolph A. Goettsche of Hastinga, Nebraska, Henry Goettsche of
<br /> Grand Island, NebraBka, Clarence Goettsehe of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Elsie Reher, Route 1,
<br /> Grand I�land, Nebraska and should any of my said ehildren di� b�Pore me 1�aning a child or children,
<br /> him or her surviving at my death, such child or children ahall s�and in the place of the parent
<br /> and take �Ghe ahare the parent would have taken if livin� at my death and should any of my said
<br /> children die before me leaving no child or children $urviving at my death, then the share such '

<br /> direct my execntor to sell any or a11 oP my real or peraonal prop�r�y owned by me at my death a�
<br /> sucsh pric� and on such terma and conditions as to him may seem best and to exeaute, acknowledg�
<br /> and dellver such conveyances, deed or deeds or writinga as may be necessary and proper to aell
<br /> the same, withou� the Iicense or order of any eourt or �udge and to divide the net proceeds as
<br /> pro�ided in �his wi11. I provide that �he purchaser or purchasers shall not be required to see
<br /> to the application of the purchase money by my executor. I aek my executor to eonault with some
<br /> of the other children as to the wisdom a.nd price at which my property may b� sold by him, but the
<br /> same shall not be required to �ffect a aale or the pasaing of title to the purchaser or purchasers.
