<br /> 1. That Addi� F. Dreblow died int�s'Gat� on June 11, 39�7; that $he left �urviving her as her
<br /> only heirs at law, �he �'ollowing named p�rsona: a son, Harold M. Dreblow, 31� W. 13th :3�reet, arand
<br /> Island, Nebraska., and three granddaughter�, Mrs. Elsle M. Taylor, Earnegie, Oklahoma, Mrs. Mildr�d
<br /> Ferguson, Plainview, Texas, and Mrs. Charlotte Duke, Seattle, Washington.
<br /> 2. Tha� on August l� , 1947, Harold M. Dreblow was appointed administrator of her es�a,te,
<br /> qualifi�d as such and has been aeting in said capa�ity ever sinc�,
<br /> 3. That due notiee was given ta creditars of tha 'ti�e limited in whiah to Ff1e claims agalnst
<br /> said est�.te, and that such time has duly exp�.red; that the further pres�ntativn of claims againat
<br /> said eatat� has been barred by �Ghe f orme� order of �his court; that ther� is no inheritanee tax
<br /> due the State oP Nebra9ka and no federal est�.te tax due the -United States of Am�rica.

<br /> correct, and eomplet� except an item of 6'� eenta far banking ehargee, which is a �us� eost of ad-

<br /> foregoing repart should be approved and a1Zow�d; that there remains in his hands for dis�ribution,
<br /> a balance of �1�2.36; �hat sald estate is insolven� and the County of Hall by resolution has agreed
<br /> to accept the sum of �101.03 in full payment of �h�ir cl.aim, and that the balance of �4]..�3 should
