The Court further f3.nds that the said Martha Knuth departed this life December 26, 1947, and I tha.t at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she left survivin�; as her heirs-at-law, and only heirs-at-law, Pive children, they being Rudolph Knuth, Emil Knuth, r�4arie Criser, Emma Schwieger and Ella Wegner; that her husband had preceded her in death; that she left a Last Will and Testament, which was, upon the consideration of thia Court, duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate on the 2�th day of Januar�, �94�, and letters testa- mentary were duly issued by this Court to the said Rudolph Knuth. The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place Yixed by the Court for filing claima against the estate of the said deceased and that the time so fixed has ful�� expired, a,nd that a11 persons having claims against the said estate and not filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such cl�.ims against the estate. The Court further finds that the executor has paid the ft.ineral expenses and all debts against the estate and the costs oP these proceedings and has made distribution of the residue of the per- son�l property of the said e�tate as under the ti�ill of the deceased provided, and nothing further remains in his hands as execu�or belonging to said estate. The Court further finds that the deceased was possessed at the time of her deatn as the owner by fee simple title of the followin�-described real esta,te, to-t�rit; Lot Three (3) , Block Ten (10) , Kernohan and Decker' s Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The Court fur�her finds that said real estate was sold by Rudolph Knuth, executor, as pro- vided for and directed in the Last Will and Testament of the said Martha Knuth, deceased, and tha'� the proceeds thereof have been a.ccounted for hy him. • The Court further finc�s that said estate is not sub,ject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska or federal estate tax under the laws of the United S'tates. IT IS, �HEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT �hat the final report of the sair�! Rudolph Knuth, executor of the estate of T�Iartha Knuth, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the fin�.l report of said executor and that said estate is hereby settled and elosed and said executor discharged. IT IS FURTHFR ORDFRED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY 'P�?E COURT that all persona having claims a�ainst said estate, if any such there--b�, are forever barred, en,�oined and excluded from settin�; up or asserting any such claim against said estate.
