<br /> law of the said Cathrine Neumann, Deceased, and that said rsal estate descended to said persons an

<br /> is not sub,ject to the assessment of levy of any state inheritance tax or federal estate tax, and
<br /> that all elaims and dem€�.nds against the es�ate of deceased, whether due or to become due, whether

<br /> memory, do make, publish and decl�.re this to be my Last Will a.nd Testament, in manner and form as

<br /> I direct that all of my ,just debts, expenses of last illness and funeral expenses shall be
<br /> paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
<br /> BECOND -
<br /> S3.nee my children, Emil Knuth and Marie Criser, h�ve not received as much help in the past as
<br />' the other children, I give, devise and bequeath to each of them the sum of �200.00, to be paid
<br /> out of my estate and in addition thereto, I give my daughter, Marie Criser, the china dinner set.

<br /> All the rest, res�.due and remainder of my estate, both real estate and personal property,
<br /> whether now owned. by me or hereafter acquired and wheregoever s3tuated, I give, devlse and bequeath
<br /> to my five children in equal shares, to have and to hol�. the same forever.

<br /> In the event �,ny of the beneficiaries named in this ��ill sha11 contest the same or attempt �o
<br /> prevent t:ne Wi11 from being admitted to probate, I ca:�cel all provisions herein m�ade for th� �person
<br /> or persons so contesting or lnciting such contest and provide that he or she shall reeeive only
<br /> �5.00 under this �Jill.

<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my son, Rudolph Knuth, to be the executor of this, my Last `�Jill
<br /> and Testament, further requegting he be not required to iurnish surety on his official bond as such
<br /> ar�d grantin� to him fu11 righ'�, license and authority to sell and dispose of any real estate owned
<br /> by me without first securin� a licenae or authority for that purpose from any court. Th1.s author-
<br /> ity is given �o hir� to enable my executor to Iiquidate any real esta'�e or any interest in real �es-
<br /> tate owned by me at the time of my death, for �he purpose of makin� distribution among my children.
