<br /> or furn�shings thereof are also to be divided amor�t themselves, or if they should so desire, sold
<br /> and the proceeds therefrom divided equ�,lly.
<br /> THIRDLY: To Paul A. MeCormick and Mildred McCormick, my property in (�-rand Island, Nebraska, as
<br /> evideneed by a deed signed by myself and to be founc in my papers.
<br /> FORUTHLY: To Clifton R. McCormick, an amount from the liquidatlon of my personal assets, equal
<br /> '�o a fa�r appraisal of my Grand Island proY�erty as above bequeathed, such appraisal to be made at
<br /> the time of my death.
<br /> FIFTHLY: To Clifton R. McCormlck and Paul A. 1�icCormick, share and share alik� of the residue
