<br /> 1. That Artie A2. McCormick, a resident of Aurora, Ha,milton County, Nebraska, ,died tes�ate in
<br /> Aurora on the 2�th day of November, 1g47; that thereafter Clayton Wanek, being the person named in
<br /> her last '�ill and Testament, was apnointed Execu�or, and he qualified, and has been ever slnce the
<br /> duly appointed, qualiP3.ed and acting Executor of the said estate. -
<br /> 2. 2hat due and legal notice was given to all claimants, and all claims filed have been fuliy
<br /> paid and a11 elaims not filed are forever barred.
<br /> 3. That, upon her death, ths deceden� was �he owner of real estate in Hamilton County, Nebras-
<br /> ka, described as f'ollows:
<br /> The south six fe�t of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (�-� , Hlock Thirty-five (35) �
<br /> Original Town, Aurora,
<br /> and the decedent was the owner of real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, deseribed as f'ollows:
<br /> The east �hir�y-three (33) feet of Lot Six (6) , Block One Hundred forty-tti�o (1�2) , U.P.
<br /> _. Second Addition to the City of Grand Island.
<br /> 4. That the legal heirg af sa�d decea�8ed were her sons, Clifton R. MeCorrnick, and Pau1 A.
<br /> MeCormick, and th�,t the additional devisees 1lsted in said ��d3.11 �rere the spouses of the said sons;
<br /> that, under the provisions of the last '�lill and Testament of the said deceased, she devised to '�h�
<br /> aPoresaid sons and their spouses the above deseribed town property in Aurora, Hamilton County,
<br /> Nebraska; that, under the provisions of said Will, she d�vised ��ie above de5cribed town property
<br /> in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska to Pau1 A. McCarmick and A411dred McCormick, his wife. Al1
<br /> �he reat and residue of said estate she bequeathed unto her aforen�med sons, �hare and share alike.
<br /> 5. That there are no taxes due from this estate to the United St�tes Government, and th�,t all
<br /> t es due t the St t of Nebraska have been full aid.

<br /> is true and ,just and should be, and hereby is, ap�roved.

<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORD�ED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final corrected report of
<br /> the Executor be, and the same hereby 3.s, approved; that a11 claims filed against said estate have
<br /> been paid, and that all claims not filed are forever barred; that the Executor has disposed oP the �
<br /> person�,l property under the order of the Court; that the above deseribed property in Hamilton
<br /> County, �tebraska, is hereby assigned to Clifton R. McCormick, Paul A. P•qcCormick, and their spouses,
<br /> �ointly; that the above described property in Hall County, Nebraska, ia hereby assfgned to Paul A.
<br /> McCormick and I�Sildred T�eCorm�ck, his w�.fe; and that a11 the rest and residue of said estate �.s
