<br /> heirship of the estat� of Laura K. Tinker, deceased, and 'Ghe evidence, and the court being Pully
<br /> advised in the premises finds �hat notice oF the time and plac� fixed for the hearing on said
<br /> petition has b�en given by pub�.ication thereof, as ordered by the court, and as provlded by law;
<br /> that Laur�. K. Tinker died intestate on November 22, 1931, a resident and inhabitant of Pq2k County,
<br /> Nebra,ska, and seized and possessed of an undivided one half interest in and to Lota 1, 2 and 3, in
<br /> Block 23, McColl & LePi�,ng Addit ion to '�ood River�, Hall County, Nebraska; that more than two year$
<br /> have �lapsed sinc� the date of the death of the said Laura K. Tinker, deceased, and no applic�.tion
<br /> for the appaintment of an administrator of her estate has been made in this state by any heirs or
<br /> persons claim�ng to be creditore of the said deceased; that the said Laura K. Tinker left surviving
<br /> h�r as her sole and only heirs-at-law, the following named pereons, to-witt

<br /> Ruthe A. areen, a daughter
<br /> Lucy E. McCune, a daughter, and

<br /> resident and inhabita.nt of PoZk County, Nebf�aska; that the said Qeor�e t�. Tinker, Ruthe A. areen,
