<br /> Gust Valonis deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of February 19�46, .

<br /> Now on this 4th day of August 194�, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br /> Effie Valonis, Dick Valonis and UJilliam Suhr, Executors, and upon their apnlication for settlement
<br /> of said estate and their discharge and was subm�itted to the Court.
<br /> The Court, having ex�mined said final report and the records and files a,nd being duly advised
<br /> in the premises Pinds that due �,nd legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br /> estate of the time and place Pixed for hearing upon said final report, as ordered by the Court, and
<br /> no one appearing to ob,ject there�o, the Court examined the same togeth er with the receipts on file
<br /> and the testimony in support thereof, and s.��er being �'u11y advised in the premises, finds that
<br /> said report ia true and correct in all things and ought to be allot�aed and approved as and for the
<br /> final report of th e executora.
<br /> The Court finds that Gust Valonis departed this life on the l�th day of January, 1946, and at
<br /> the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br /> That on the 24th day of January, �9�+6, Effie Valonis, Dick Valonis and William Suhr filed
<br /> their duly verified petition herein praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purport».
<br /> ing to be the last will and testament of Gust Valonis, deceased, the Court, thereupon �ixed the
<br /> 25t� day of February, 1946, as the date for hearing ,thereon and making proof oY said last will and
<br /> testament, due notice of the filin� of said petition and of the time and place fixed for heaxing
<br /> � thereon was duly given b;� the Court in the manner provided by law and on said date, February 25,
<br /> 19�+6, said instrument was duly proved, allowed and a.dmitted to probate as and for the last will and
<br /> testament of Gust Valonis, Deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Effie
<br /> Valonis, Dick Valonis and William Suhr, executors named in said will, and they thereupon qualified
<br /> as sueh executors. .
<br /> The Court finds that due and le�al notice has been given as by law provided to all persons oP
<br /> the time a.nd place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims �. ainst said estate and that the
<br /> time so fixed has fully expired and on the _2�th d.a,y of April, 19��, an order barring all claims
<br /> not then on file was duly entered by the Court. Th�.t all claims filed and allowed against the es-
<br /> tate have been paid and receipts therefor are on file.
