<br /> This matter came on for hearing on the lOth day of May, 194�, upon the petition of Nettie
<br /> Brumley, pr�.ying that the court may find and determine the time of the death of the said John Wood,
<br /> also known as John W. Wood, also known as John ��Toods, deceased, and who the heirs at law of the
<br /> �aid John t�lood, also known as John t�. Wood, also known as John Woods, were at the time oY his death,
<br /> the degree of kinship and the ri�ht of descent of the said real est�,te in said petition described.
<br /> Testimony was taken and the matter submitted to the court for decree, and the court being fully
<br /> advised in the premises finds:

<br /> That the court has heretofore fixed the time for heaxing on saia petition and that notice of
<br /> the� time and place of hearing was duly given to a11 persons interested in said estate as required
<br /> by law, and the court now has Pull ,jurisdiction to hear and determine said matter, and the court
<br /> further finds that the said John ti�Tood, also known ae John W. Woad, also known as John Woods, de-
<br /> ceased, departed this life intesta.te in Custer County, Nebraska, on the �th day of December, 1934,
<br /> and that at the time oP his death he was a resident of Custer County, Nebraska.

<br /> The court further Pinds that the deceden� died intestate s,eized in fee simple of an estate of
<br /> inheritance in the State of Nebraska, and that at the time of his death, said decedent was seized
<br /> in fee simple of the following describ�d real estate, to-wit:
<br /> (a) Lot Six (6) , in Block Four (4) , located in the South east Corner of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> ( SE 1��) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1�4) , of Section Ten (10) , Townahip Eleven (11), North of
<br /> Range Nine (9) , West of the Sixth P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> (b) Commencing �at a point on the North line oP the West HalP (W 1�2) of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> ( SW 1�4) of Section Eleven (11), in Township Eleven (11), North, Ra,nge Nine (9) , S�Teat of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , 53.3 rods weat of the Northeast corner of said �0 acres, thence west 12.7 roda to a point
