Estate of Herman Gosda, � FINAL DECREE Deceased. Now on this l5th day of July, 191�8, this eause eeme on to be heard on the Final� Report of Alfred C�oeda, Executor, and the Court, af ter ha.ving exa.mined the records and files in thig cause, finda that notice of the filing of said Fina1 Report ha.s been given in the manner and form pro- vided by law, and that there are no ob�ections on f ile. And now, the Court after having examined the recor�s and files in �this cause, the receipts filed, finds that said report is in �l.l things true and correct and should be approved. The Court further finda that Alfred Goada, Executor, has filed a Supplemental Report, ahowing that since the filing of said Fina,l Report, he has collected the sum of �107.10 as interest on United States Savings Bonds, has paid the court co�ts and attorney fees, and the clalm filed by the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, for taxes, so that there is now a balance on hand of �2,866.69. The Court further finda that a11 elaims filed in this estate have been paid in full, the � expenses of last illness and of adminiatering this estate, including attorney f ees and court eoats, have been paid in full. The Court further finds that notice ha.s been giuen in the manner and law of the time Pixed for filing claims in this estate, and that all ci.aims filed have been paid. IT IS, THEREF�RE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file be and the same are hereb� �'orevsr basred and precluded. The Court further finds that the bequests and devises contained in the last Will and Testainent of Herman Gosda, deceased, were not sub,�ect to any State Inheritance tax, and that the gross value of the estate was the sum of less than Thirty-five Thoueand Dollars, and that the eatate was not sub�ect to Federal Est�,te tax. The Court further find.s that the Executor hae waived his fees and commisaions, and that he has a��counted for all of the assets of the dec��.s�d which have come into his knowledge and poasessian, and that he has in all things complied with4the orders of this court. - • IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, .ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report and Supple- mental Report of the Executor, and each and both of them, be and .the same are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The Cou^t further finds that by the terms of the third paragraph of the last Will and Testament of Hern�an Gosda, deeeased, the sa.id Else (�osda has a life interest in the personal property, with the right to use eo much as may be neceasary for her sup�ort, and that said balance remaining on hand, to-wit, said eum of �2806.69, should be delivered by the Eoxec,u��o,�,r to t he said Else Qosda, and that upon filing her receipt for the same, he be d�scharged�a�-��his bond released. And now, the said A1Y��d Gosda having filed the receipt of Else Goada for said bal ance, it is hereby ordered, ad�udged and decreed by the court that the said Alfred Gosda be and he is hereby discharged as executor and his bond released. The Court further finds that Herman Gosda died �est�.te on October 26, 1947, in Ha,3.1 County, Nebraska; that he was at the time of his de�,th a cit3.z�n; a�d resident of Ha11 County, Nebraska, and thatthis court has 3urisdiction oner his estate; that he left a �.e'�t will and testarnent, which has heretofore been ad.mitted to probate, and the probate of which has never been set aslde or appeale-d from; that he left him surviving, his widow, Else Gosda, and four ahildren, a11 of whom are of lawful a ge to-wlt : Alvina Gosda Hongaermeier, Ernest Gosda., Alfred Gosda and Minnie Goada Pdiemoth; and that there were no children, the lasus of any �deceased child or ehildre n, and that the sole and only heirs at law and the sole and only persons interested in the eatate of the said Herman Gosda were the said widoi,� and the four said children. The Court further f inds that the said Herman Gosda was, at the time of his death, the owner of the following descr�b�d �eal eatate, to-wit : Lot One (1) in Hlock Twenty-four (2�) in Russel Wheeler� s Ad.dition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; - Southea,st Quarter (SE�) of Section Twenty-four (24) , in Tow nahip Eleven (11) , North, of Range Four�Geen (14) , West of the 6th P.M. , in Huffalo County, Nebraska; Northeast Quarter (NE�} of Section Two (2� , in Township �leven (I1) , North, and the 3outhwest Quarter (SW�) of the Boutheast Quarter �3E�) of Section Twenty-three (23) , in Township Twelve (12� , North, both in Range Thir�een 13) , West- of the 6th P.M. , in Buffalo - County, Nebraska.
